You are welcome (actually encouraged) to hang at the Apothecary Lounge at Hotel Parq Central before and after class for namasdrink specials and hold that cup like alcohol!
Please, BRING YOUR MAT to class! We do not supply mats and you must have a mat in order to be safe and be a part of our crew. Don't end up like those two random members of Destiny's Child that no one remembers!
